The First Day Of Fall Is Here...Here Are Lots Of Resources For You!

It's the first day of fall....September 22!  I have created a Collection by Destiny filled with resources for this special day and time of the year.

I pulled together lots of different resources including....
The Cantata Learning story and song Autumn, Leaves Fall From The Trees video,
an article from National Geographic Kids 5 Reasons Why Fall Is Fantastic
a place on ReadWriteThink's website to create a Theme Poem shaped like a leaf,
Ghost Typing from ABCya! and so much more!
Also, you will find a wonderful Titlewave.com list filled with books and eBooks for the First Day of Fall.  You can find this list here.
It includes Autumn: Leaves Fall From The Trees from Cantata Learning, which is that video I included in the Collection.  You can purchase the book or Capstone Interactive eBook to go along with video I shared.  I know your students will just love to sing along as they learn about autumn.
Fall, Our Four Seasons one of Follett's Lightbox books which will bring this topic to life for your students is included in the Titlewave List as well as others.
I also included a link to PebbleGo in the Collection, which is a terrific place for our youngest learners to research all kinds of things about the fall.

You will find the First Day Of Fall Collection here.

Fall is one of my favorite times of the year as we create beautiful crafts with leaves, learn about the change that is taking place and take in all that is around us outside.  I know you will find this Collection so helpful and valuable as you do this in your library and classroom too this fall.
