Happy Poem In Your Pocket Day, friends!
This morning we had the best time celebrating with our friend Mrs. P. School libraries around the country came together as we shared poems, celebrated poetry and listened to lots of wonderful stories and questions from Mrs. P and our little friends.
Mrs. P and I loved connecting with our friends Ashley Cooksey in Arkansas, Michelle Griffith in Texas, Lara Tingle Ivy in Virginia, Elissa Malespina in New Jersey, Andy Plemmons in Georgia, Joellen Wesselmann in Iowa, Lisa West in Texas and all of their amazing students and teachers.
And Mrs. P....and BIG, HUGE thank you goes out to you for always making our Poem In Your Pocket Day so special. We love you, friend. You inspire all of us to read, think and IMAGINE everyday.
