I have a wonderful event to share with all of you! It's the North Texas Teen Book Festival which is being held virtually March 5-6, 2021.
As shared on their site,
The North Texas Teen Book Festival strives to connect our reading community, adding dimension to the reading experience through diverse author panels and dynamic discussions in a safe and fun environment.
The amazing guest authors they have invited, and the schedule they have put together ,will not only engage readers with the work we love to read, the program will leave us inspired, excited and filled with lots of ideas for what we want to read next.
To start,
Chelsea Clinton will be sharing during her keynote, She Persisted.
She will be joined by several other special guest including...
...and over 90 very special authors...
...that you will find here.
As I looked through the schedule on the site, I found myself hoping to attend all of the events as the hold such valuable conversations around writing and life for our young adults.
The event can be shared with all of our students, anywhere so as you get ready to promote and share it within your school community, library and classrooms, there are several NTTBF21 Downloadables on the site, which included posters,
bookmarks, panel notes notepads, and...
...Books To Read.
You will find the event website here. More information will be coming soon as we get ready to watch on YouTube March 5-6. This one event we won't want to miss, friends.
