On Saturday, 400 educators gathered together in Katy, Texas for the second What Great Educators Do Differently Conference.
It was an amazing event and one that you will want to catch when we are in Atlanta, Georgia for the third WGEDD!
I had the honor of presenting about what great educators do differently using digital tools and Makerspaces to connect our students to their voice through creativity, collaboration and connecting.
And one of the best parts....I gave away over 100 Cantata Learning books to my teacher librarian and educator friends in Katy that day.
It was such a special day seeing everyone so excited about bringing the songs and stories back to their students, libraries and schools.
The connections and friendships we are making at the WGEDD events are amazing....hands down some of the best learning and connecting that is available to us as educators.
One that I sure don't want to miss.
And one that we don't want you to miss either!
Please join us in Atlanta on June 17 and 18 for the What Great Educators Do Differently 2016 Southeast Conference. You can visit the website to register and find who will be sharing on that day.
It will be a wonderful event and one that will inspire all of us to see what great educators do differently.
