Digital Learning Day is right around the corner on February 25. This is a special day to celebrate all of the ways our students can use technology to create, learn, collaborate, connect and so much more.
Last year for Digital Learning Day, I put together 10 stations focused on different technology themes throughout the library. Our students went to the stations to create digital stories, explore with Makey Makey, made music with Chrome Music Lab, coded the Ozobots, viewed augmented reality with the Merge Cubes and so much more. It was such a fun day for all of our students and teachers at Van Meter.
You can read all about it here.
This year with things looking a little different, I have put these stations online and created them in the NEW Let's Celebrate Digital Learning Day Choice Board.
Here are the 14 different Digital Learning Day Stations we will use to celebrate Digital Learning Day on February 25. And the great thing...we can use these throughout the year to bring new and innovation digital experiences to our school community.
You will find the Let's Celebrate Digital Learning Day Choice Board here. This can be shared with all students, at school and those learning virtually.
If you would like to make edits to this choice board, you will find that link here.
Later today, I will be sharing the posters and marketing I created for our students, teachers and families. You will be able to make copies to use with your community too.
If you haven't signed up for Digital Learning Day, there is still time and you will find that link here.
