Join The 4 Amazing Global Read Aloud Author LIVE Skype in the Classroom Events

One of our favorite events each year is Global Read Aloud.  We are so thankful that Pernille Ripp started this wonderful event believing that one book can connect the world. For the last 11 years, we have been reading and celebrating books, authors and illustrators with others around the world. 

This is the last year of Global Read Aloud and our friends at Skype in the Classroom are going to make it extra special by bringing us together in four amazing Skype events with the authors of the four books for GRA.

Eleven years ago, Pernille Ripp (@pernilleripp) started the Global Read Aloud believing that one book can connect us all.

This is Global Read Aloud's last year and we are honored to bring the participating authors into your classrooms to inspire the next generation of readers and writers!

Whether you are participating in Global Read Aloud or not, you can tune in and hear live from amazing luminaries like Jason Reynolds, Zanib Mian, Linda Sue Park and Juana Martinez Neal.

1) Choose your event from this page to find more information and click on the JOIN LINK on the day of the event (You don't need Skype or Teams to join. Select to watch on the web.) 

2) Share the event link with your students and families!

⭐️All events take place on Fridays at 10am Pacific/1pm Eastern and they will be available on-demand. Duration is approximately 30 minutes.
