One of the best parts of ISTE 2026 was announcing the Future Ready Librarians + ISTE Standards for Educators Crosswalk at the FRL Summit on Sunday. With the crosswalk, we will explore the connections between leadership, literacy, innovation, and learner-centered practice. It is so important to the work we do everyday as Future Ready Librarians.
We have been working on the updated crosswalk and couldn't wait to get it into the hands of so many Future Ready Librarians at the Summit, and all of my other sessions and events throughout ISTE.

I love how everyone enjoyed the conversation around Future Ready Librarians and everything we offer each year including the webinar series, podcast, Future Ready Librarians Summits, and more.
One of the ways we support our librarians is by creating tools that will support their leadership, work, and advocacy from the library and throughout the school community. This is exactly what the Future Ready Librarians + ISTE Crosswalk will do to support us.
