Celebrate Diwali On October 24 With This Choice Board & Resources

This week is Diwali. It is celebrated on October 24 this year and continues for 5 days.

Diwali is a festival celebrated during the Hindu month of Kartika, which falls in October or November. Diwali is also called the Festival of Lights. It is India's biggest, most important holiday. Diwali lasts five days and started as a harvest festival. Today, it is celebrated by almost all Indians, regardless of faith. It is seen as a celebration of good triumphing over evil.
