It's Women's History Month! We are celebrating the contributions and voices of amazing women with learning, reading, research, conversations and projects at Van Meter.
Our go-to resource for Women's History Month is PebbleGo...
...and PebbleGo Next with dozens of biographies about influential and amazing women.
And guess what?
In March, EVERYONE can get free access to these biographies about women. This special offer goes along with the fun quiz and resources Capstone has created for the PebbleGo Discover Great Women From History website found here.
To go along with this awesome research and learning, our students will be creating projects using Buncee such as journals, posters, presentations, bookmarks and more for Women's History Month,
I collaborated with my friends at Buncee to create lots of special templates, stickers and backgrounds that go along with the learning they are doing in PebbleGo and to make their projects truly shine.
Let me show you how to find these new resources within Buncee and how our students will be using them.
When students create a Buncee, they will find 6 new templates that are focused around PebbleGo and Women's History Month.
Our students will be using PebbleGo and PebbleGo Next to create their very own entry in PebbleGo. I love these templates that Buncee created for them to use for that project.
and even their own voice, drawings, and video. I can't wait for our students and teachers to see these templates as they work on Women's History Day projects.
There are also several new templates....
...that can be found when searching Women's History Month in templates.
These will inspire all kinds of great projects. And just wait until you see all of the beautiful stickers and animations that can be used!
I searched Women and came up with dozens of choices that are perfect for Women's History Month Buncee creations.
As you can see, the possibilities are endless when using PebbleGo and Buncee together for Women's History Month. We kick off our research and projects this week at Van Meter. I can't wait to share what our students create.
I hope you and your students have a special Women's History Month too, friends.
On March 11, 2021 at 4:00-4:45pm CST, I will be hosting a webinar with my friends at Capstone to share more about these projects and others. You can sign up here and will be sent a recording if that time doesn't work for you.
And if you haven't signed up for Buncee yet, you can get a 30 day trial for you and your students here.
