I love finding fun and meaningful ways to bring research and inquiry-based learning into the classrooms and library. Our students love it too!
The PebbleGo Curiosity Cards are perfect for inspiring inquiry in our students and there are so many different ways to use them.
I really loved seeing this idea in Amy Garrison's 3rd grade room at Van Meter.
She uses her white board to make this Curiosity Cards station. With magnets she posts all five of the different PebbleGo Curiosity Cards categories, which match up with the PebbleGo modules: Animals, Science, Biographies, Social Studies and Health.
Her students then look at the questions to research and find the answers using PebbleGo. They write their answers on sticky notes and post them under the question.
It's such a wonderful way to bring a little research to her classroom and students every day.
You can find the PebbleGo Curiosity Cards template here on the PebbleGo site.
This blog post will also give you 10 Ways To Use Curiosity Cards too!
