Our kindergarteners and 3rd graders in two classes are teaming up in December and participating in lots of special gingerbread activities.
We kicked off the work together in the kindergarteners classrooms after they...
...read a few Gingerbread Man books and discussed the story. After they learned a little about The Gingerbread Man, I came to their classroom for a PebbleGo Create project. You can learn all about PebbleGo Create here.
They learned how to use PebbleGo Create Halloween week as we made Halloween stories. In this gingerbread project, the kindergarteners will retell the stories using background, stickers, animations, text and more. They are very excited to use PebbleGo Create again.
It was so much fun watching the kindergarteners pick the background,
add stickers, animations, and text,
..and work alongside each other as they get to know PebbleGo Create even more through this project.

As they begin to complete the stories, they were so proud to show us what they created in PebbleGo Create. I love how they told their story,
and especially love what they wrote. They are so creative and smart. Way to go kindergarteners.
They will be sharing their creations on Friday when their 3rd grade buddies come for our next activity...Gingerbread House Building with KEVA Planks.
We have lots of gingerbread activities planned for our kindergarteners and their 3rd grade buddies. One includes exploring our Gingerbread Choice Board.
You can make a copy here, add your own things, and share it with your students too.
Have fun, friends.
