Bring A Little Holiday Joy To Your Readers At School & Home By Hosting A Follett Book eFair!

Bring a little holiday joy to your readers at school and home by hosting a Follett Book eFair this October or November. Families can purchase books for the holiday, and you can earn rewards to buy more books for your school and classroom libraries.

Don't miss your chance to make this holiday season a little extra jolly for your entire school community.

A New Follett Content Author Takeover With Lisa Fipps As She Talks About The Global Read Aloud 2024 Book, And Then, Boom!

This years middle/upper elementary book for The Global Read Aloud is And Then, Boom! by the amazing author, Lisa Fipps.

Our classes are participating in The Global Read Aloud. I was happy to see that it would be Lisa's book they are reading.
This week, I was excited to see that the new Follett Content Author Takeover is Lisa talking about And Then, Boom!  I can't wait to share it with our readers.
I put the book cover, Author Takeover video, and the link to The Global Read Aloud on this choice board. That will make it easy to share with our students as they learn more about this special reading event, and about the book they are reading.

You will find the choice board here to share with your students and teachers. If you want to make a copy to make any changes, click here.

Happy Reading, friends.

PebbleGo Go Vote For The Election Season Is Filled With Lots Of Great Ideas and Resources....And Check Out This PebbleGo Choice Board Too!

It's election time and our friends at Capstone have created a special place for us called PebbleGo Vote
As shared on PebbleGo Vote,

PebbleGo Vote is a useful election-season resource for empowering students to research presidential candidates, learn about democracy, and build habits to become informed and active participants in democracy! Students can exercise what they've learned by using the paper ballots below to cast votes in their own classroom election.

Teaching K-5 students to vote helps build future citizens that understand the value of their voice in shaping their own community. Early exposure to voting fosters a sense of responsibility and empowers children to engage in civic activities.
Let me show you around PebbleGo Vote.
Check out the paper ballots...
...that can be printed in color or black and white.
There are lots of Lesson Plans and Activities for PebbleGo and PebbleGo Next. Look at a few of my favorite...
The PebbleGo Vote posters and images are awesome!
These will be perfect to hang up at our school and in the library as we vote.

There are different sizes and will be great to use online too.
And I LOVE the I Voted! stickers and PebbleGo Vote Coloring Sheets under Other Downloadables.
You can print the stickers on the Avery 22807 labels. These will be really great to use on election day.

And the PebbleGo Vote coloring sheets will be a fun activity on election day too.
I am so excited to share PebbleGo Vote with our teachers and students next week. I also created a choice board with the PebbleGo and PebbleGo Next articles, plus the Voting in Elections Capstone Interactive eBook.

You can make a copy of the choice board here. After you make a copy, add your own PebbleGo and PebbleGo Next links, and even add a link to Voting in Elections that you can get here.

Go to PebbleGo Vote at pebblego.com/vote for all of these resources to use with your school community too.
