American Education: Images of Teachers and Students In Action

With diversity, equity and inclusion being key to the work of Future Ready Schools, they have launched the diverse photo library project, American Education: Images of Teachers and Students in Actioncelebrating students learning and teacher collaboration across the United States.  

These 500 original print-quality images of real preK-12 students and teachers are royalty free for use under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommerical 4.0 license. The goal is to help educators leverage the beautiful diversity that’s throughout our education system to ensure inclusive communication, newsletters, websites, etc.
As shared on the site, 

“American Education: Images of Teachers and Students in Action” is a project of the Alliance for Excellent Education (All4Ed) in partnership with the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. All4Ed thanks the following schools for allowing their students and educators to be photographed for this project: UCLA Community School, Los Angeles, California; Sutton Middle School, Atlanta, Georgia; Capital City Public Charter School, Washington, DC; MC2 STEM High School, Cleveland, Ohio; and Skyline High School, Oakland, California.
