Congrats To The StickTogether Dot Dot 2021 Contest Winner!

It was so wonderful to see kids from around the world submitting art work to our friends at StickTogether for the StickTogether Dot Dot 2021 Contest to celebrate Dot Day.

You can read about the StickTogether Dot Dot Contest here.

From all of the submissions, 8 finalists were chosen and the images were added to the Virtual Stickerboard Gallery. The image that was used the most to create Stickerboards in 2021, is going to be turned into the physical sticker poster that will be available for our 2022 Dot Day celebrations.

And the winner is.... Adalynn who is 10 years old and from Rock Cut Elementary in Loves Park, Illinois.

Her teacher librarian, Becky Freehauf, shared with StickTogether,

Adalynn really enjoyed making a picture for the contest and would love it if there were more contests for kids to participate in throughout the year.

We have used the virtual StickTogether boards in the library for about a year now and all of the students love them.

A BIG thanks to everyone who participated in the Dot Dot Contest 2021!  We can't wait to celebrate with even more art and surprises in 2022.
