I am so excited for the FETC Conference in Orlando, Florida next week. This is a favorite event every year as it is a time to learn, share, connect and see so many amazing friends and colleagues.
And one of the best parts.... I get to kick it off again with the Library Media Specialists Summit on Tuesday, January 25, 2022!
At this special event, we will come together to engage in collaboration and employ literacy, learning and technology as a Future Ready Librarian superpower.
This event is included in your basic registration from 8:30am to 12:30pm on January 25 in South 310 EF.
In partnership with Future Ready Schools, the Library Media Specialists Summit will be held on Tuesday, January 25th from 8:30 -12:30 pm and hosted by Feature Speaker, Shannon McClintock Miller.
This special event is designed to help all librarians engage in collaboration and employ literacy, learning and technology as a superpower! Working with the entire school community, library media specialists can support and encourage change in both large and small ways.
This summit will highlight how collaboration works within schools to enhance learning, reading, creativity, student voice, develop empathy and kindness, and have a lot of fun along the way. Participants will experience collaboration and have the chance to explore how they can bring these ideas back to their communities and professional networks.
Participation is included with a basic registration. BYOD. Endorsed by Future Ready.
I hope to see you there, friends. It is going to be a great event and a wonderful way to kick off our week together at FETC.
