Last summer at the November Learning BLC Conference I ran into my good friends from Verso. I had met them the year before in Boston at the same conference and couldn't wait to see what they had been up to over the past year.
And sure enough....They had been creating some really amazing things with the Verso App.
From the moment you go to the website you can see that Verso makes a difference....These three words tell us that.
Challenge. Engage. Learn.
One of my most favorite benefits of Verso is the authentic voice it gives our students. Verso is used as a Driver for more deeper, personalized learning design. Every student will be engaged and successful within a classroom using Verso and by shifting the education that is taking place.
This week Phil Stubbs from Verso spoke with me in Google Hangout. He not only is a leader in education, he is also such an amazing advocate for our students and told us that Verso is definitely going to be a "game changer" within classrooms, libraries,
and most of all....our young peoples lives.
Thank you Phil for speaking with me about Verso and education. As per our conversation, we have a long way to go but together we can truly make a difference in our children's lives with tools like Verso.
At the end of our conversation Phil told me about a great school in Denton, Texas.
They have implemented Verso throughout their entire school district. Phil put me in touch with the administrative staff at Denton today. I can't wait to talk to them and I hope they will let me follow their story of using Verso throughout a school year.

I just know the results will be dramatic. I can't wait to share them with all of you.
Also, I can't wait to hear how you use Verso in your classrooms and libraries too. It is a game changer.
