Look How Destiny Library Manager Can Help During This Busy Time Of Year!

December is here and it is such a busy time of the year. As we approach the end of the year, there are several things we like to do in our library to get ready for a fresh start after the holiday season.

• We also catch up on all books that need to be cataloged. With Destiny Library Manager, we can keep our resources organized and accessible with the intuitive cataloging features it provides.  Our students will be happy to see all of the new books on the shelves after the holiday break.

• Teachers can manage their classroom libraries with a checkout system that tracks, audits, and manages books across the school and district with Destiny District Classroom Library Manager.

• This is a unified platform that seamlessly integrates Destiny Library Manager with the new Destiny District Classroom Library Manager to manage classroom and library resources. This integration ensures visibility and accountability for both district and teacher-owned collections. 

• I am excited because I am going to get a demo of Destiny District Classroom Library Manager this week and cannot wait bring it to our school in 2025!

• Destiny Discover empowers librarians and educators in many ways from organizing our collections; facilitating student self-checkout; and understanding reading trends among our readers. 

• Before winter break, I set up our Destiny Discover homepage with a choice board, suggested books for holiday reading, digital resources, and more. 

• Destiny Discover engages our students in many meaningful ways. One of their favorites is how they can receive AI-driven book recommendations in Destiny Engage, the online reading community within Destiny Discover. This add-on feature has brought so many special book recommendations and reading experiences to our readers. I love getting them excited about the reading challenges and book clubs within Destiny Engage. This is perfect for the holiday break as they can be part of Destiny Engage at home and on the go too. 

•  Destiny Discover makes digital resources easily accessible to our students through intuitive search interfaces, which enhances student reading engagement and supports independent learning.
