We celebrate Digital Learning Day this week on February 13, 2025.
All4Ed’s 14th Annual Digital Learning Day (#DLDay) will be held on February 13, 2025.
This year’s Digital Learning Day (DLDay), we’re focusing on how technology connects us, transforms education, and brings “heart” into learning. Together, we’ll spotlight educators, districts, and policymakers who center students in innovative practices, fostering equitable, human-centered learning experiences that inspire curiosity and lifelong learning.
A few years ago for Digital Learning Day, I put together 10 stations focused on different technology themes throughout the library. Our students went to the stations to create digital stories, explore with Makey Makey, made music with Chrome Music Lab, read eBooks in Capstone Interactive, created in Book Creator, coded the Ozobots, viewed augmented reality with the Merge Cubes and so much more. It was such a fun day for all of our students and teachers at Van Meter.

This year, I have put these stations online and created them in the NEW Let's Celebrate Digital Learning Day Choice Board.
Here are the 14 different Digital Learning Day Stations we will use to celebrate Digital Learning Day on February 15. And the great thing...we can use these throughout the year to bring new and innovation digital experiences to our school community.

I love Digital Learning Day! It gives us a day to celebrate all of the amazing experiences and opportunities technology brings to our students and community. Over the next few weeks, I will be sharing more exciting activities for this special day.
