Join Me At FETC 2020 For The Librarian Media Specialists Summit! It's Going To Be An AWESOME Future Ready Day!

One of my favorite conferences every year is the FETC Conference.  I have been part of this for the last 10 years as a FETC Featured Speaker and have loved every minute of learning, sharing and connecting with other teacher librarians, educators, administrators, publishers, vendors and others from around the world.

This year I am extra excited as FETC and Future Ready Schools have come together in a very special partnership to offer amazing workshops and presentations throughout the conference.

On Tuesday, January 14 from 8:00am to 3:00pm, I will be hosting the Librarian Media Specialists Summit...Maximizing Collaboration and Technology.

As the description states,

Welcome all library media specialists to your uniquely designed summit!

In partnership with Future Ready Schools, this special event is designed to help all librarians engage in collaboration and employ technology as a superpower! Working with the entire school community, library media specialists can support and encourage change in both large and small ways.

This session will highlight how collaboration works within Shannon McClintock Miller's school to enhance learning, creativity, student voice, develop empathy and kindness, and have a lot of fun along the way. Participants will experience collaboration and have the chance to explore how they can bring these ideas back to their communities and professional networks. BYOD.

As you can see it is going to be an AWESOME day!

And guess what?  The Future Ready Summit participation is included in the FETC Basic Registration thanks in part to the wonderful support of Future Ready Schools.

You can read about and register for the Librarian Media Specialists Summit here on the FETC site.
I hope you will join me and others from around the country, friends!  It will be an amazing day and a great way to kick off another unforgettable FETC Conference.
